SSA Fund New Canopy

SSA are delighted to announce completion of the new canopy in the Fan Zone at the One Call Stadium. Located outside Sandys Bar it will enhance the match day experience of Stags fans. Below is a statement from Mansfield Town FC:

The club places on record its gratitude to Stags Supporters’ Association for their donation of £7,680 for the cost of a new canopy outside Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen. Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen, located at the rear of the Ian Greaves Stand, is the club’s highly-acclaimed bar & restaurant and is open from midday from every day (excluding Monday). Director Steve Hymas said: “We’d like to thank the SSA for providing the funds for this new canopy. I’m sure it will be most welcomed by our supporters, especially in inclement weather, and should also help alleviate crowding in Sandy’s Bar on a matchday. This latest installation is part of the evolving facilities which have materialised at One Call Stadium in recent years.

SSA have donated £7680 - the total cost of the canopy - to ensure our brilliant Stags’ fans have some protection from adverse weather going forward.
